US / British WW2 Silk Escape Map 44C/44D Burma Siam

In a very good condition an US/British silk escape and evasion map, double-sided and printed in color on silk/rayon cloth, issued for Allied operations in the South East Asian theater.
This example comprises Sheet 44C (Burma, Siam and French Indo-China) and Sheet 44D (Burma, Siam). These large format cloth maps were designed for practical field use by aircrew of the RAF and USAAF and special operations personnel.
