US / British WW2 Silk Escape Map 44A/44B India Burma

In a very good condition an US/British silk escape and evasion map, double-sided and printed in color on silk/rayon cloth, issued for Allied operations in the South East Asian theater.
This example comprises Sheet 44A (India and Burma) and Sheet 44B (Burma, Siam and French Indo-China). These large format cloth maps were designed for practical field use by aircrew of the RAF and USAAF and special operations personnel.
