US WW2 Garrison Cap, SGT Harry E. Kain, 506th P.I.R. 101st Airborne

An US WWII Paratrooper Garrison cap in very good condition. The cap has no patch, which may have never been on it or may have been removed long ago. The cap is named on the inside with a so-called laundry mark (Kain 7034), which refers to Sergeant Harry E. Kain (15317034), who served in C Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment. The cap comes from an old collection, and its further history is unknown. A beautiful cap thta once belonged to a trooper of the famous 101st Airborne Division.
