British/ US (Airborne) Hawkins, No75 Grenade Ammo Box

In a very good condition a British ammo box intended to hold 12 No75 grenades MKII. The No75 grenade is better known as the Hawkins mine. The Hawkins mine was favorite by the British and US paratroopers. Many paratrooper photos cabn be found were the Hawkins mine was strapped around the leg. The ammo box still has all the paint, lettering and is clearly 1943 and 1944 dated. A very nice and hard to find ammo box which fits perfectly in an Airborne display!
