Dutch (N.B.S.) Resistance Brassard “CD”

 75,00

In a very good condition a Dutch resistance brassard (armband) as worn by the N.B.S. (Nederlandse Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten). The blue cotton armband is marked with the letters CD, which was originally used in England for the Civil Defence but during the liberation of Holland these bands were handed out to resistance and N.B.S. members. These brassards were worn during and after the liberation of the Netherlands. A very nice example!
