US WW2 ‘Utah Beach’ Medical Back Pack

A beautiful and rare US WW2 ‘Utah Beach’ medical back pack. These bags were specially made and issued to the 4th Infantry Division on the D-Day landings. The back comes in an OD7 color and is extensible, allowing it’s interior capacity to be altered. In addition, it has its own carrying system based on the medic suspenders. The bag can be adjusted in length by rolling it up and is closed by two canvas straps secured around the length of the bag. A rare and hard to find piece!
