US WW2 TL-122B Flashlight “Bright Star” Named, Normandy, DDAY

In a nice used condition an US WW2 TL-122B flashlight. Made out of OD colored plastic this flashlight replaced the earlier version made out of brass. These flashlights saw wide use among the US (Airborne) troops and was also very popular by the British Commando’s and Airborne forces. A very nice example produced by the ” Bright Star” Company.

This flashlight is named and was found in Normandy some years ago. Research showed that this TL-122B once belonged to “William Enger”  who served with the 1st Infantry Division “The Big Red One” in North Africa, Sicily, Normandy, France and Germany.
