US WW2 Medical Officers Case

In a very good condition an US WW2  Medical Officer’s Case, field surgical kit. The canvas roll is allmost complete (missing one forceps) with all the stainless steel tools and also with a packages of  needles. These kits were also worn in the Paratrooper Medial bags for minor surgery in the field. A very nice Officers Medical Kit kit for display!
