US WW2 Medical Officers Case

In a very good condition an US WW2  Medical Officer’s Case, field surgical kit. The canvas roll is complete with all the stainless steel tools and also with a few packages of suture thread and needles. These kits were also worn in the Paratrooper Medial bags for minor surgery in the field. A very nice complete kit for display!
