US WW2 M-1943 Airborne / Paratrooper Pants

In a very good condition a hard to find pair of named US M-1943 Paratrooper pants. The pants are modified by the Airborne “Riggers” and large side pockets and knee pads made out of impregnated canvas were added. Traces of where the leg straps had been can still be seen on the inside of the leg, these were in most cases cut off in combat. On the inside it is clearly named “Dautermann” No research was done by me yet. The modifications on this pair is typical for the 17th Airborne Division and a pair like this would have seen use during the battle of the Bulge and Operation Vasity. A very nice and hard to find of US M-1943 Paratrooper pants in a nice combat used condition!
