US WW2 M-1943 Airborne / Paratrooper Pants

In a nice condition a hard to find pair of named US M-1943 Paratrooper pants. The pants are modified by the Airborne “Riggers” and large side pockets made out of impregnated canvas were added. The pants appear to have never been washed so the impregnation of the pockets has worked into the canvas, this has caused some tears, fortunately these are less noticeable when the pants are displayed on a mannequin. The pants have both leg straps in full length and these pants appear to be a good size on a mannequin. A pair like this would have seen use during the battle of the Bulge and Operation Vasity. A very nice and hard to find of US M-1943 Paratrooper pants for a very sharp price!
