US WW2 First Aid Kit USAAF

In a very good condition an USAAF first aid kit. These kits were mounted inside the fusalage of many USAAF airplanes like the C47 Dacota and also inside the Waco GC4A gliders. The kit is made of a water resistance material and closed by a large zipper which is clearly marked. It comes with some pieces of bandage and a pair of scissors. A nice piece for display!
