US WW2 Combat Medic Morphine Syrettes Box

In a very good condition a very hard to find US WW2 6 morphine syrettes box. These kind of morphine packages can be found in almost every combat medic bag en first aid kits. These morphine kits were also part of the USAAF  Aeronotic First Aid kits which can be found in many planes, incluiding the CG4A Gliders. The empty box originaly contained 6 morphine syrettes and 1 iodine applicator. A very hard to find US medical item! Great for display and a must have for every combat medic collector.
