US WW2 101st Airborne Division Ike Jacket Combat Medic

In a very good condition a WWII US 101st Airborne Division Paratrooper, Combat Medic Ike jacket in the rank of Staff Sergeant. The jacket is in very good condition and wears all the original period sewed and metal insignia such as the scarce British made 101st SSI, British made sterling silver Glider wings, Sterling Silver Combat Medic badge, ribbons and more! Inside the back and on the lining of the jacket several so called laundry numbers can be seen, these numbers are not researched by us yet, The jacket comes in a size 42R which is a very good mannequin size and is clearly 1944 dated.. An excellent and decorative paratrooper jacket to a Combat Medic in the 101st Airborne that would be a great base for further research. A very nice historical piece!
