In very good condition, an original, unwritten sheet of personal writing paper of (SS-Obersturmbannführer) Dr. Hermann Harster. Dr. Hermann Harster was head of the Sicherheitspolizei/SD in the Netherlands.

Hermann Harster (1904–1981) was an SS-Obersturmbannführer and a key figure within the Sicherheitsdienst (SD) and later the Gestapo.
During World War II
• He was a lawyer and joined the NSDAP and the SS at an early age.
• He served in the Sicherheitsdienst (SD), the intelligence and security service of the SS.
• He later became head of the Gestapo/Sicherheitspolizei in several occupied territories.

The sheet was produced in the Netherlands, as can be seen from the K-number. Dr. Hermann Harster worked in the Netherlands between 1940 and 1943; it may have been printed during this period.
