Canadian WW2 Road Sign Found in Nijmegen, Holland

In a very good condition a Canadian enameled road sign. These medium sized signs were hanging on poles along the road or were placed on buildings. This particular example was left behind and found in Nijmegen, Holland. After operation Market Garden the Canadian troops took over the American positions in the Nijmegen region and prepared the invasion of Germany which took place in the beginning of 1945. A very nice and decorative piece.
