Canadian Rain Cape/Groundsheet 1943

In an almost mint condition a Cananadian rain cape/groundsheet. This sleeveless cape is made of a heavy rubberised cloth. It does have plastic buttons to the front. This example is maker marked and 1943 dated, it is also nicely marked with the canadian Broad Arrow. When not in use the cape/groundsheet was folded and placed under the flap of the small pack. A very nice and harder to find cape in a very good condition.
