British WW2 RAMC Hypodermic Case

In a very good condition a British Army issued hypodermic case. The nickle plated case comes complete with the hypodermic syringe and 3 needles. In the lid one glas tube can be found. Both the kit and the syringe are marked with the broad arrow an maker marked “Bailey London“. These kits were part of the (Airborne) surical  haversack, used by the Royal Army Medical Corps personnel to provide medicine and painkillers such as morphine to injured soldiers.
