British WW2 Airborne “Denison” Camouflaged Sleeping Bag

In a real combat used condition a British Airborne sleeping bag. This example was left behind in Holland although it is uncertain in which area. The bag is maker marked also marked with the broad arrow. The date is hard to see. It does have fantastic bright “Denison” camouflage colors. Next to that is shows clearly signs of use and even battle damage, there is a burned hole on the right side. This cannot be seen when rolled up. This would look great in a combat display or even a medical diorama. The bag is done up with a quick release strap held in place by a wooden toggle, which can be rapidly undone to open up the bag. The bag has numerous internal pockets closed with press studs. A stunning British Paratrooper sleeping bag!
