British Medic Bag “Shell Dressings” 1942

In an almost mint condition a P37 pattern British shell dressing bag / medic bag. These bags were used by the British aswell as the Canadian troops. The bag is nicely marked marked and 1942 dated. Very nice for a medicial display or to complete your mannequin.
