British RAF 1941 Pattern Mae West Life Preserver With Bladder And Kapok Pads

In a very good condition a RAF 1941 Pattern Life Jacket. This medium size example is complete with the grab handles, all the web leg ties, dye flap, life line and toggle, torch pocket and flap, also retaining the original white metal AM marked zipper in working condition. The vest is fitted with the original 4/1945 dated bladder with inspection stamps. It comes complete with the original (all three of them) kapok pads. These are mostly gone and allmost impossible to find.
This pattern saw extensive use within the RAF, Costal Command, Air Sea Rescue and were also used by the USAAF. A stunning and complete RAF 1941 Pattern Life Jacket!
