British Airborne Surgical Haversack 1943

In very good condition, this 1942 pattern haversack was the first model of surgical pack issued to the British Airborne troops. The bag contained many items such as bandages, a tourniquet, and gauze and wool packs. This example is clearly dated 1943 and does come with some additional markings on the outside. The divider on the inside has been detached on one side and is still present, most likely for easier access. A very nice Airborne Medical Haversack!
