In a light used and very good condition a  hard to find British 1941 Pattern Survival Pack. These packs were used by the RAF and also by the USAAF. The pack is coming with much of its original contents such as, silk map, matches, first aid kit for air crew (full, exept the morphine syrette, tin is there), insect repellant, burning glass, heliograph, British and US identification flags (Broad Arrow marked and 1945 dated)

This tropical survival kit is a bag containing essential supplies for airman shot down in hostile territory. It consist of a waterproof gabardine bag with various pockets inside to hold survival gear. Above the map pocket the kit is stamped to indicate it is for tropical use. This survival bag was to be worn either attached to the life jacket or to the parachute pack. A very nice and extremely hard to find piece of RAF/USAAF survival equipment!
