British WW2 Indian Made Jungle Green Bush Jacket

In a very good condition an Indian made British Jungle Green Bush Jacket. This example is clearly 1945 dated and is coming complete with the original belt. The shirt is made from cellular cotton which is often referred to as ‘Aertex’. The lightweight, breathable fabric ideally suited to the tropics and was popular with the British military during WW2. Like so much clothing supplied to the Far East troops, this shirt was manufactured in India. It features the typical Indian buttons, stitching and stamps found on wartime items.
