US WW2 101st Airborne Division Class A Jacket 501st P.I.R.

In a very good condition an early WWII US 101st Airborne Division Paratrooper Class A jacket of the 501st P.I.R The jacket is in very good condition and wears all the original period sewed and metal insignia such as the 101st SSI, 501st Oval and sterling silver jump wings, lanyards and more!  Inside the back of the jacket several so called laundry numbers can be seen, these numbers are not researched by us yet, The jacket comes in a size 38R which is a very good mannequin size.. The jacket is dated 1940 on the label in the lower pocket. An excellent and decorative paratrooper Class A jacket that would be a great base for further research. A very nice historical piece!
