US WW2 Cap Wool Knit “Beanie”

In a nice used condition an US olive drap cap wool knit better known as “Beanie”. Originaly intended for wear under the steel helmet during cold weather but used troughout all the campaigns. This example comes without the original size label, its estimated fitted as a size L(arge) which is a very good mannequin size. The cap does come with with some small period repairs which is done very nicely. A very nice original example!
